A leading global corporate travel company is seeking a Business Travel Assistant Team Manager. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary between £30,000 and £33,000 annually. We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Travel Assistant Team Manager to join an established, global corporate travel company, who are expanding their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business travel professional, who enjoys combining leadership support with hands‑on booking responsibilities and will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operation, whilst also booking travel for corporate clients. This role will be working on a small shift pattern and offers a salary up to £33k and is a remote position.
Support the Team Manager with day‑to‑day operation
Act as a key contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other internal teams
Carry out end‑to‑end business travel bookings, including flights, hotels, rail, and car hire
Assist with workflow management, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met
Support and mentor team members where required
Ensure compliance with company and client travel policies
Previous experience in a business travel or corporate travel environment either as a Lead Agent / Supervisor / Manager
Strong knowledge of reservations and booking processes
Confident communicator with a client‑focused mindset
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
Comfortable working remotely and flexibly across shift patterns
Experience supporting or deputising for a Team Manager
