Job Introduction
We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Business Support Team Leader to play a key role in the smooth running and continued development of our Surrey Child & Family Health Services. As we implement an enhanced service model and a strengthened Single Point of Access (SPA) approach across Surrey, this is an exciting time to join us. You will work closely with senior leaders to help embed and promote the SPA model, ensuring families, partners and clinicians experience a clear, coordinated and responsive route into our services. In this leadership role, you will provide day-to-day line management to a team of administrative staff, ensuring workloads are effectively organised and that performance, attendance and appraisals are delivered to a high standard. You will oversee administrative operations within the locality, supporting the Business Support and SPA teams to work efficiently, consistently and collaboratively to meet the needs of children, young people, families and our frontline clinical teams. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain your own administrative workload and may provide cover within the wider Business Support team when required. Our Business Support function is central to the success of the service, delivering high-quality organisational and administrative support across a wide range of office and service activities. You will be part of a committed, forward-thinking team helping to shape a positive and effective experience for the families and professionals we support.
Base The Single Point of Access function supports our Surrey-wide service, and you will be based at our Orchard House Office in Redhill, Surrey with the opportunity for hybrid working.
