Job summary

A respected law firm in the UK is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its experienced team. You will handle a caseload involving Wills, Estate Administration, and Trusts, with support from a dedicated staff. This position includes flexibility to work remotely after training and is part of a firm celebrated for its commitment to client care and workplace wellbeing. What will you do?

Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our established and experienced team and play an integral role in the future of the firm.

You will run a caseload advising clients on Wills, Estate Administration, LPAs, Drafting Deeds of Variation, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts with support provided from a dedicated team of Paralegals and Administrators.

You will be expected to provide cover to both our North Hill and Plympton offices with flexibility to work from home part of the week, after a period of training.
