Business Support Officer – MHLD Occupational Therapy Service

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and proactive business support to the MHLD Occupational Therapy Management Team, contributing to the smooth running of service operations.
• Provide a range of clerical and administrative services as directed, including maintaining and regularly updating the Occupational Therapy Staff Training Database.
• Support the management team in the collection, collation, and presentation of data for service audits, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Work independently within priorities set by the management team, managing own workload and adapting to changing service needs.
