A regional adoption collaborative in Barry is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to assist in operational delivery and manage business support functions. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of clerical experience, effective administration skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have excellent communication and IT skills. The position is permanent with a salary range of £32,597 - £36,363 pro rata.
Vale, Valleys and Cardiff Adoption Collaborative (VVC) is one of five regional Collaboratives which form part of the National Adoption Service in Wales. It performs a range of Adoption Agency functions on behalf of Merthyr Tydfil CBC, RCT CBC, Cardiff Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council. The collaborative is responsible for the recruitment and assessment of adopters, the matching and placement of children with adoptive families and provides a range of support services for adopted adults and adoptive families.

Pay Details: Grade 7 SCP 20- 25 £32,597 - £36,363 Pro Rata £16.90 - £18.85 Per Hour Salary on appointment will depend upon qualification and experience as determined by the appointing officer.
