A recruitment firm is looking for a Business Support Assistant in Sunderland to provide administrative support and customer contact. The role requires experience in a similar position with excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft packages. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure an excellent tenant experience. This temporary role offers compensation at an umbrella rate of £17.47.
To deliver a comprehensive tenant and customer-focused service, including administrative support, customer contact and collaborating with colleagues as needed. Ensure all activities are completed in line with agreed KPIs and put our customers at the heart of what we do.
