Job description

Position: Temporary A-Level Business Studies Teacher (Part Time)

Location: Manchester

Contract Duration: Until February Half Term with the possibility of an extension

Working Days: Tuesday and Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Rate: £220-250 per day

Eden Brown are in need of a dynamic and experienced A-Level Business Studies teacher to deliver high‑quality lessons and assess students' progress in Business Studies at a Sixth Form in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that adhere to the A-Level Business Studies curriculum.
• Assess students' work, providing feedback to help them improve.
• Support students' academic growth through guidance, marking, and pastoral care.
• Maintain an inspiring and productive classroom environment that motivates learners.

Requirements

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching Business Studies at A-Level.
• Strong understanding of the A-Level Business Studies syllabus and exam requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines for assessments and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the school's ethos.
• A DBS check is required for this role.
