Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service were graded "Outstanding" by His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services in our most recent inspection. New opportunities are now available for outstanding professionals to join our Protection Team undertaking the role of Business Safety Advisor, in Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.

In the role of Business Safety Advisor, you will be required to undertake activities to reduce the impact of false alarms, liaise with other regulatory and planning authorities, and carry out audits of premises.

The role of Business Safety Advisor is open to individuals that have a minimum Maths and English Language GCSE Grade A-C (9-4) or a Level 2 qualification in Numeracy and Literacy or equivalent.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who care deeply about Fire Safety and protecting the people of Lancashire and understand the current and forthcoming regulatory changes., Disability Confident.
