Role Overview

Are you a dynamic and resilient business leader with a track record of driving performance across multiple sites? We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to play a critical role in leading and supporting the performance of our joint venture operations across the South of England. This role will involve supporting 37 of our joint venture stores and will include regular travel across London, South Central England, Southeast England and the South Coast.

Our ideal candidate must have multisite leadership experience, be comfortable working in a dynamic, people-focused environment and be capable of influencing and coaching our Joint Venture Partners to achieve operational excellence. Experience of working in another franchise business model would also be strongly preferred. This is a full-time role, and the successful candidate will be expected to be on site for a minimum of 3.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Lead and support joint venture operations across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and operational excellence across 37 stores. Travel regularly across London and Southern England to oversee site operations, coach partners, and implement improvement plans. Influence and collaborate with stakeholders without direct authority to drive engagement and compliance. Manage multiple priorities and project bandwidth effectively.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of store performance and operational excellence.
  • Experience generating business engagement and ensuring high compliance across multiple sites.
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with challenging stakeholders.
  • Emotional intelligence to support yourself and others in difficult moments.
  • Experience managing multiple store improvement plans.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and manage bandwidth.
  • Preferred experience working in a franchise business model.
