A recruitment agency in Wales is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Manager to lead their data strategy and analytics. This role involves managing a BI team, implementing BI tools, and ensuring data compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Business Intelligence, strong leadership skills, and expertise in platforms like Power BI. The position offers a hybrid work model, competitive salary of £65,000 - £72,000, and numerous benefits including private healthcare and a bonus scheme.
IntaPeople are exclusively seeking a motivated and visionary Business Intelligence Manager to lead one of our client’s data strategy, analytics, and reporting functions. This role will be pivotal in transforming data into highly actionable insights, enabling decision‑making across the organisation.
As the BI Manager you will play a critical role in shaping their data‑driven culture and which focusses cross‑functional collaboration within the data team. This is an exciting time to join the senior leadership team as they pursue an ambitious growth strategy into 2026 and beyond.
Holding professional certifications in BI, Data or Analytics would be highly desirable but not essential.
The team are very established and well embedded with the current BAU projects so ultimately we’re looking for a proactive BI Manager to join the organisation to drive their Data forward and allow the business to get the most out of their large data set that they current manage and manipulate.
This role is a hybrid role with a 3-day office requirement for collaboration, workshops and stakeholder meetings per week on‑site in Newport (South Wales).
Interviews are to be held in January 2026 onsite in South Wales.
