As a Business Growth Partner, you'll manage a portfolio of recruitment entrepreneurs, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to help them build and scale their businesses. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise while developing others' success stories.

Key Responsibilities

Your mission will be to drive the growth and success of recruitment entrepreneurs through:

  • Strategic business coaching and tailored growth plans
  • Hands‑on mentorship in business development and leadership
  • Goal setting and performance tracking
  • Problem‑solving and obstacle removal
  • Resource provision and tools implementation
  • Regular business reviews and plan adjustments
The Ideal Candidate

  • Level 1 (£28k‑£33k): For those with intermediate experience and coaching background
  • Level 2 (£33k‑£38k): For established recruitment professionals with startup or coaching experience
  • Level 3 (£38k‑£48k): For qualified coaches with proven NFI growth track record and high‑end mentoring experience
