Job summary

Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Writer to join our Health in Justice team here at Practice Plus Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Health in Justice Bid Writing Team, where you will lead and develop bid writers, as well as play a key role in the growth of the service! This role offers you the flexibility of working from home the majority of the time, with occasional visits to our sites or head offices in Reading or London.

Responsibilities
  • Provide management and leadership to the bid writers within the team, and identify opportunities for development and growth.
  • Work on more complex writing, and support the team with drafting responses as needed, ensuring that our bids stand the best chance of success.
  • Work closely with colleagues (clinical and operational) to gather information and evidence to write responses to tender questions.
  • Offer coaching on writing styles and techniques to the team.
  • Quality check writing and identify areas of improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, and support the team in SLT meetings.
  • Occasionally visit our services across the country, as well as meetings in Reading or London.

Qualifications

This position is full time, 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Hours are usually 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
