We partner with clients across the UK, delivering cleaning, soft services and wider FM solutions that create safe, efficient and sustainable workplaces. Tenon FM is looking for a high-performing Business Development Professional to help drive this growth. The focus of this role would be to work on Cleaning / Soft FM contracts, with the focus being on contracts above £1m in value. The ideal candidate will be confident winning £1m+ cleaning / soft FM contracts, building strong relationships and shaping solutions that stand out in a competitive market.
