Business Development Specialist – EU (Hybrid or Home Based)

Location: UK (Hybrid – Home & Office)

What You’ll Do
  • Research and qualify new leads using internal tools and external sources.
  • Conduct proactive outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients.
  • Support early-stage client relationships and coordinate meetings with field sales and subject matter experts.
  • Contribute to bid defenses, strategy sessions, and proposal development as required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports to support sales planning.
  • Create tailored sales content and gather experience data for pitches.
  • Stay current on IQVIA’s solutions and industry trends.
What We’re Ideally Looking For:
  • Degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
  • 1-2 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of the pharma/life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
