About the role: We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to grow awareness and adoption of our enterprise ticketing platform. This is not a high-volume, cold-calling role; success comes from research, persistence, and relationship-building—understanding target accounts in depth, nurturing them over time, and ensuring we’re front of mind when they’re ready to switch. You’ll work with the Head of Sales and Marketing to build high-quality engagement with accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile and generate a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
