Job description
  • Identify, prospect, and engage key decision‑makers within Fortune 500 global companies to generate new business opportunities for PRGX's profit recovery and contract compliance services.
  • Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting activities using a multi‑channel approach, including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and potential value alignment with PRGX's service offerings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow‑up, personalized messaging, and value‑based conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives and account executives to ensure effective handoff of qualified opportunities and coordinated account strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing market and account research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target account priorities.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of all prospecting activity, communications, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting‑generation targets in a fast‑paced sales environment.
    Must have the right to work in the UK or Spain, or be eligible for employer sponsorship under applicable immigration routes.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, or business development (BDR/SDR role required).
  • Proven experience prospecting into enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Fluency in English, German, and Spanish with the ability to conduct professional sales conversations in all three languages.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and sales intelligence/engagement tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar platforms.
  • Comfortable executing a high‑activity, multi‑channel outreach strategy.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales or performance targets.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented mindset with a strong "hunter" mentality.
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a sales organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision.
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent professional sales experience.
  • Previous experience in financial services, profit recovery, contract compliance, or related consulting/professional services environments.
  • Experience selling or supporting B2B SaaS or tech‑enabled services.
  • Background as a top‑performing SDR/BDR in a high‑growth sales organization.
