Responsibilities include making outbound calls and emails, collaborating with sales teams, and absorbing market knowledge. The BDR position is vital in supporting our team reaching its business goals. BDRs play a pivotal role connecting the account team and specialist team to our customer base, setting up meetings to better understand our customers and identify projects we can successfully implement. In addition to cross-selling and up-selling to our customer base, we also target accounts which are not yet working with us and aim to engage them, growing our customer footprint in the region. BDRs are set up for success through the close working relationship with the sales, marketing, channel and renewals teams, meeting face to face in our office several times a week. Allowing an environment which is friendly and constructive, whilst welcoming new ideas on how to better our go to market. You will be part of an office which socialize often and gets on well with one another.
