A technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager based from home in the UK. The role focuses on developing and converting new sales leads in the Test and Measurement sector, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the company’s strategic growth. Candidates should have experience in the Electronic Component Market and B2B sales, along with proven communication skills. The position offers competitive salary, uncapped commission, and various benefits including a pension plan.
We are looking for a strategic Business Development Manager based from home in the UK to work with a range of Test Principals offering General Purpose & RF Test Equipment, PSUs, EMC Monitoring, RF Power Measurement and other Test and Measurement (T&M) Products. Reporting into the Sales Director, your focus will be to provide a technical lead on this broad range of products whilst growing new opportunities, through a deeper penetration of the customer base with both existing and new clients. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining existing business in a range of Test & Measurement customers and prospects.
The organisation delivers design, specification and distribution of specialist electronic components and systems, lighting technologies and connectivity products, working across various industries including the FM, M&E, Electronics and more.

This is a position with a warm client base and potential for early bonus. There is opportunity for further development through role-specific and industry lead body training courses, with internal support and mentoring. Includes base salary, bonus, pension, and more benefits; commission based on wider lead generation passed to other companies within the group.
Negotiable base salary, uncapped commission, car allowance, 9% pension, 25 days holidays + bank holidays, health package & self volunteer days.
