Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South East
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline to support consistent revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to customers
  • Lead commercial conversations and negotiate terms while protecting margins
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Track performance, forecast accurately and report progress to the Head of Sales
  • Meet agreed annual revenue and activity targets

  • Comfortable managing a territory and organising your own schedule and pipeline
  • Able to build relationships quickly and communicate with customers at all levels
  • Confident in identifying opportunities, opening doors and winning new business

  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with autonomy
  • Professional, reliable and able to represent the company with credibility and care
