Business Development Manager | Self Adhesive Labels and/or Flexible Packaging | UK | Up to £75k plus bonus and car allowance

A dynamic leader in the printed label and packaging industry, renowned for its expertise in producing state-of-the-art labels for global brands. The company is adept at catering to a broad spectrum of industries offering tailormade solutions Leveraging cutting-edge technology and creative design to ensure that every product stands out in the marketplace and delivers on both functionality and aesthetics!

You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new business for self-adhesive labels across multiple markets including cosmetics, food, and nutrition
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Keeping a pulse on industry trends to inform strategy and product development
  • Developing and executing sales strategies, penetrating and expanding presence in key markets
  • Working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in selling labels or flexible packaging
  • Strong knowledge of flexible packaging formats and labels and their applications
