We’re looking for a self-starting Business Development Manager, known internally as a Product Specialist, to join our fast-growing team. If you're an ex-estate agent or deeply familiar with the property industry, love closing deals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Booking and delivering compelling product demos
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, from outreach to close
  • Proactively sourcing and developing new business opportunities
  • Following up with marketing-generated leads
  • Feeding back insights from prospects to inform product and strategy
  • Collaborating across the team; flexibility is key in a startup
You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally B2B SaaS or property-related
  • Deep understanding of the UK estate agency market (must-have)
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong presentation and demo skills
  • Excellent self-motivation and a proactive attitude
  • A flexible, startup-ready mindset, happy to muck in when needed
  • Confidence to work remotely while staying highly organised and results-driven
