About the role

Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own and drive a strategic retail initiative in Colombia. You'll be targeting high-traffic locations in Medellin (high‑street retailers, hotels and restaurants, shopping malls, etc.).

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying appropriate site locations and negotiating with retailers, property managers, and property owners with the goal of signing a contract
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of identified potential locations
  • Exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets set by management
  • Maintaining an ongoing relationship with site owners during the lifetime of the contract
  • Participating in the installation and deployment project planning process, collaborating with the Operations department, as well as external subcontractors
  • Providing recommendations to improve performance
  • Performing frequent field visits to monitor and ensure quality
What you'll need
  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound or field sales role, ideally for a physical product
  • To be based in Medellin and have flexibility and a willingness to travel across the city
  • A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth targets and building relationships with clients
  • Impressive negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
