Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare business development, preferably in NHS frameworks or insourcing.
  • Strong network across NHS trusts, ICs, and commissioning bodies.
  • Understanding of regulated services (CQC) and emerging needs in neurodevelopmental pathways is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hunger for growth.
  • Comfortable stepping into a leadership role with clear potential for long-term impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on identifying and securing new NHS partnerships, with a focus on insourcing and specialist mental health pathways.
  • Maximise value from the existing SBS framework position.
  • Drive business in areas such as Endoscopy, Urology, General Surgery, ASD/ADHD, and beyond.
  • Collaborate closely with operational leads and clinical teams to support bid writing and service design.
  • Report directly to executive leadership and shape the commercial direction of the business.

  • Insourcing Services (already on the SBS Framework, delivering Endoscopy, Urology, and General Surgery)
  • CQC-Registered Community Services, with a new focus on ASD/ADHD assessments and pathways

  • Lead on identifying and securing new NHS partnerships, with a focus on insourcing and specialist mental health pathways
