Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Field Sales, the role is offered as a permanent full time position.

Details
  • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000K pa - depending on sales experience + fully expensed hybrid 24 reg car - personal mileage permitted
  • Bonus: paid twice a year, annually up to 12% of basic salary (KPI related)
  • Bonus paid based on company sales
  • Hours: core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Requirement to cover phone out of hours on a rota basis
  • Location: Kent
  • Must have full UK license - max 3 points
  • Must be 25 or over
  • Territory: Kent, Essex, London
  • Benefits: holiday - rising to 25 days + BH with service, after 6 months Health care, 4 x DIS
Responsibilities
  • This role requires an experienced Business Development Manager Field Sales adept at booking face to face meetings, retaining and gaining new business opportunities.
  • Arrange and book appointments for face to face site visits with customers.
  • Set strategy, track, and deliver sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with existing customers
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Establish and grow relationships with our preferred suppliers
  • Have a proven track record within a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
