Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Field Sales, the role is offered as a permanent full time position.
Details
- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000K pa - depending on sales experience + fully expensed hybrid 24 reg car - personal mileage permitted
- Bonus: paid twice a year, annually up to 12% of basic salary (KPI related)
- Bonus paid based on company sales
- Hours: core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Requirement to cover phone out of hours on a rota basis
- Location: Kent
- Must have full UK license - max 3 points
- Must be 25 or over
- Territory: Kent, Essex, London
- Benefits: holiday - rising to 25 days + BH with service, after 6 months Health care, 4 x DIS
Responsibilities
- This role requires an experienced Business Development Manager Field Sales adept at booking face to face meetings, retaining and gaining new business opportunities.
- Arrange and book appointments for face to face site visits with customers.
- Set strategy, track, and deliver sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with existing customers
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Establish and grow relationships with our preferred suppliers
- Have a proven track record within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- An ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
