Overview

A highly respected and rapidly growing Accident Management Company based in Bristol is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional with an insurance background. This is an opportunity to transform how the motor trade and insurance industry supports accident victims by driving partnerships, growing the network, and making a genuine impact. They want you to join to drive growth, build relationships and make a difference.

They are expanding their network of referral agents and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key referral partners such as independent garages and body shops, insurance brokers, car dealerships, fleet operators, and taxi firms. The goal is to promote their accident management services so they become the trusted go-to solution when clients need help after a non-fault accident.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential referral partners within the motor and insurance sectors.
  • Promote the benefits of referring clients to the accident management service.
  • Nurture and grow a pipeline of active agents across the territory.
  • Deliver training and support to partners so they understand the process and feel confident referring.
  • Hit monthly KPIs for new partner acquisition and referral volumes.
  • Work with a supportive team and receive full training on services and systems.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience within the insurance sector, within an accident management or claims company, or working for an insurer or MGA where broker relationships were managed.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and a hunger to grow the network.
  • Full UK driving licence (field-based travel is expected).
  • Salary: £45–70k plus performance-based commission; company car or allowance.
  • Ideal to commit to at least 2 days a week in the office.
