An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growth-focused organisation within the construction sector. You will be a key driver in expanding the company's market presence, working closely with senior leadership to deliver results across multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and support long‑term company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure business development aligns with wider organizational goals.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with pre‑construction and project management teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Support sales targets through proactive engagement and securing new projects.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, sales pipelines, and market trends.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to keep the company competitive and innovative.
Networking & Brand Promotion
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Strengthen the company's reputation and visibility in the construction sector.
Candidate Profile
  • Relevant experience in business development within the construction sector.
  • Proven track record of securing large‑scale construction projects and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant frameworks.
  • Security Clearance: BPSS – Pre‑employment.
