As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new customers, guiding them through the sales process, preparing and raising quotes, and managing accounts on a day-to-day basis. You will also be tasked with introducing our company to potential partners, organising meetings, and opening new business accounts, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Hours of Work: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Source new customers and guide them through the sales process.
  • Prepare and raise quotes and manage accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Introduce the company to potential partners, organise meetings, and open new business accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery in all client interactions.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Smart, presentable, and possess top-notch presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a challenging industry.
  • Ideally, experience in B2B selling within professional services.
  • Familiarity with Facilities Management Companies is advantageous.
  • A valid, full driver’s licence is essential.

  • Competitive salary of £37-40k, with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £60-80k.
  • 30 days of holiday per year, inclusive of public holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
