Business Development Manager - (Events)

Location: Borehamwood / London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + commission + car allowance

The Company

We are a long-established, highly regarded large format print production company, recognised for quality, speed of service, and a supportive, professional culture.
Specialising in event and exhibition graphics, we work with agencies, brands, and organisers across high-profile live events, exhibitions, and activations. From our modern premises in Borehamwood, we are continuing to expand into additional sectors and are now seeking a talented Business Development Manager to support this growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining business development with end-to-end project ownership.

You will be responsible for:

* Generating new business opportunities

* Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to final delivery

* Owning projects end-to-end, ensuring specifications, deadlines, and budgets are met

* Working closely with in-house production and support teams to deliver high-quality results

* Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and build long-term partnerships

* Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience working within large format print, exhibition graphics, or event production, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential experience:

* Proven experience in business development / sales

* Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion

* Strong understanding of materials, and best practices

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable:

* Background in event, exhibition, or experiential print

* Experience working with agencies, event organisers, or brand marketing teams

* Knowledge of production processes and installation considerations
