The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships, developing new business and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of live and virtual events.
This is a blended role that combines strategic business development with hands‑on account management, helping the business grow revenue while ensuring clients receive a high standard of service and technical delivery.
You’ll be a confident and commercially focused relationship‑builder with a passion for live events and technical production. You don’t need to be an engineer – but you do need strong experience working with clients on AV, production or live event projects.
