A leading branded environments agency in Greater London is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and commercial growth. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert prospects into high-value clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in business development within the exhibitions or events industry, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. The role offers a salary between £45k - £55k and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

This newly created role reports directly to the founder and plays a key role in driving and
leading client acquisition and commercial growth for the agency.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in harnessing INCEPTION’s
growing reputation and global expertise in innovative design and creativity to identify
opportunities, build relationships, and convert prospects into high-value clients.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, pitching our unique value
proposition, and building strong relationships across b2c and b2b sectors, including brand licensing,
gaming, finance, aerospace, and pharma.
You will help shape the future of the agency by:
Drive the new business pipeline through identifying and developing new clients opportunities and converting leads into meetings.
Support with the marketing of the agency, from socials through to award entries.

Salary: £45k - £55k depending on experience.
Location: Flexible hybrid working - 3 days in London.
