Overview

Business Development Manager - Let's Win Back the Business!

Location: Colchester (Fully Onsite).

Overall Earnings: £50-60,000 p.a. (inclusive of a basic salary).

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reaching out to former clients - all warm leads, no cold calls.
• Getting straight through to decision-makers and key contacts.
• Building strong, lasting relationships and managing accounts for the first 12 months.
• Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Feeding valuable market insights back into the business.
• You'll also have the chance to visit local clients one day a month - a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

• A proven track record in Business Development.
• Confident communicator who knows how to get past gatekeepers.
• Comfortable managing and growing accounts post-conversion.
• Highly proactive and target-driven.
• Able to work onsite full-time in Colchester.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
