About the role

As a result of acquiring The London College Of Beauty Therapy (LCBT), working with a new organisational structure, and the creation of the Education For Industry Training (EFI) Division, we now have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to support our talent development brand relationships across all industry sectors. The Business Development Manager will be a pivotal role to drive the growth and success of the EFI Training division by generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, growing key partnerships, and expanding our apprenticeship and commercial programme awareness. This position requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, business development and business solution skills and a deep understanding of learning and development and the apprenticeship landscape.

Key Accountabilities
  • Identify, drive lead generation, and convert new commercial training opportunities across all industries.
  • Build strong relationships to secure client retention.
  • Maintain the CRM delivering regular performance reports.
  • Deliver KPI targets.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to deliver client requests.

Salary

From £40,950.00 to £45,000.00 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
