As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the North Wales and Cheshire areas, focusing on system sales and recurring revenue from maintenance contracts. You will work closely with commercial, industrial, and residential clients, offering tailored fire & security solutions and ensuring long-term service agreements.
Our client is a leading provider of Fire & Security solutions across the UK, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales of both new system installations and long-term maintenance contracts.
Full training will be given.

A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Full UK driving licence
