This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver consistent progress toward growth targets. You’ll work autonomously while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound leads from the Sales inbox at or above the BU average conversion rate.
- Self‑generate leads through social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
- Promote the full range of Landmark Estate Agency services.
- Build relationships with agents to create referral networks.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to introduce new products and generate leads.
- Target different client categories via social networks and marketing collaboration.
- Work with Customer Success to design long‑term strategies for increasing client spend post‑onboarding.
- Forge internal collaborations across Landmark businesses to drive referrals.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Represent Landmark at industry events nationwide as an exhibitor and occasional presenter.
- Support and collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve collective targets.
About You
Technical Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer‑facing role with the drive to exceed expectations.
- Experience working in or selling directly to estate agents at branch, manager, or director level.
- Versatility and confidence to communicate effectively from Director/Partner level to Trainee/Admin/IT level.
- Full understanding of the property transaction cycle end‑to‑end, with a clear focus on estate agent pain points.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong networking ability and rapport‑building skills with varied customers and colleagues.
- Thorough understanding of professional account selling.
- Ability to construct and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Comfortable working from both home and office.
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of online information and internet‑based solutions.
