About the Role

Remote & Field-Based | Nationwide Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance & Mileage. Altium Legal is in an exciting high-growth phase, and we're expanding our team of field-based Business Development Managers across the UK in 2026. If you're a self-starter who thrives on generating your own leads, opening doors, and winning new business face-to-face and online, this is your opportunity to grow with an ambitious, people-driven company.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively generate and manage your own leads through cold outreach, social selling, email campaigns, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build rapport with mortgage brokers and estate agents, converting them into long-term introducers.
  • Visit introducers' offices to showcase Altium Legal's trusted panel and concierge service.
  • Attend key industry events, exhibitions, and awards dinners to grow your network and promote our brand.
  • Consistently hit – and aim to exceed – your new business targets.
  • Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure seamless onboarding for every new partner.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings in London and occasional group sessions as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in B2B field sales or business development – ideally within the property or financial services sectors.
  • Confidence and resilience with cold outreach; you're energized by picking up the phone, knocking on doors, and reaching out on social.
  • High self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time effectively working remotely and on the road.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build trust quickly with senior decision-makers.
  • Flexibility to travel across your region and attend key industry events.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM is an advantage.
