Summary

This Business Development Manager position is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive or parts experience to develop and progress into a customer-facing, sales position.

In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales and margin growth within your territory.

You'll work closely with Branch and Area Managers, promoting both our brand and the high-quality automotive products we supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow new business by engaging with potential customers in the area.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote offers, incentives, and the brand to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer accounts, resolving issues and addressing complaints professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with Branch Managers and the wider team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and expand market reach.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in the automotive or parts industry.
  • Strong customer service skills, able to build rapport both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Experience with MAM software advantageous but training is provided.
