As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across vibrant venues — securing corporate partnerships, maximising brand exposure, and positioning these venues as the go-to destinations for Birmingham’s most dynamic events and experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and grow corporate partnerships across Birmingham and the Midlands
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Proactively drive brand awareness within the corporate and local business communities
  • Plan and coordinate engaging internal and external events to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and venue teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, celebrating successes along the way

  • Proven success as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within the hospitality industry (bars, restaurants, or venues)

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and performance
