About the Role

Representing Molson Coors (beer & beverages) and Haribo (confectionery), this field-based role offers an exciting opportunity to work with two of the UK’s most iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with store teams.
  • Promoting new products, placing in‑store displays, and ensuring strong brand visibility.
  • Supporting stock levels and availability.
  • Driving product sales through education, visibility, and store engagement.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or career changer eager to break into sales, marketing, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and target‑driven.
  • Passion for learning and developing a career in sales.
  • Full UK driving licence for at least one year (essential – company van provided).
Salary & Benefits
  • £24,000 per annum + 20% KPI‑based bonus opportunity (up to £28,800 OTE).
