A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage diverse client accounts. The role involves making outbound calls, managing appointments, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates will be motivated telemarketing professionals with strong communication skills and experience using Microsoft tools. This role offers a competitive salary, a bonus structure, and the opportunity for internal progression within a progressive business. An effective candidate must have their own transport to commute to the office.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum + Bonus | OTE £32,000
Location: Northampton - NN7
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Days off: 20 days, bank holidays and paid Christmas shutdown
