Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (5 days per week, including Saturday). With the requirement to attend events outside these hours.

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a luxury clothing brand that creates bespoke pieces for their clients. Due to high demand, they need a consultative salesperson who is passionate about building relationships, offers an exceptional level of service, and has an interest in luxury fashion.

Our client has an outstanding reputation for service, and many clients are long‑standing. However, we require a hungry and driven individual who can generate new business through proactive networking and sales techniques.

Because each item is designed and made to order, the role demands genuine enjoyment of getting to know every client and making them feel completely comfortable from the first conversation, through measurements, to the creation of the perfect piece.

As a Business Development Executive, you will confidently network proactively to win new business, while building deep product knowledge to offer the best possible experience for every client.

Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence, as you will regularly visit clients (you will receive a car allowance).
  • A track record of excelling within a relationship‑focused sales role, whilst being confident to win new business.
  • A genuine interest in fashion with the desire to work with clients to create the perfect piece.
  • Very well‑presented, articulate and confident when engaging with high‑net‑worth individuals.
  • Looking to build a long‑term career within the client rather than just a job.
