The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will play a central role in driving our business growth, enhancing client engagement, and expanding our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • CRM System Management



  • Develop and maintain our Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot) to effectively capture, organise, and manage client and prospect data.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM database.

  • Utilise CRM tools to analyse client interactions and identify opportunities for engagement and growth.



  • Mailing Lists Development



  • Research and identify target markets and industries for business development efforts.

  • Create and maintain targeted mailing lists to support marketing and outreach campaigns.

  • Develop strategies to optimise email marketing campaigns for maximum impact and engagement.



  • Webinars and Seminars Organisation



  • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and seminars to showcase our expertise and services.

  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, invitations, registrations, and follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver informative and engaging presentations.



  • Implementing Business Development Strategies



  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

  • Monitor industry developments and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.



  • Networking and Relationship Building



  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand our network and reach.
