A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Birmingham to join their team focusing on Salesforce project delivery and technology upgrades. The role involves managing change initiatives and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries. Candidates should have proven experience in managing complex business changes and relevant Project Management qualifications. Our AXA Commercial Portfolio Team are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to support a key strategic delivery. We're investing in technology to transform our business and improve the way we manage Commercial Insurance business processes. We're seeking a talented individual to join our Salesforce Product team to drive technology upgrades and business improvements.
Our Commercial Strategy, Portfolio and Transformation team is accountable for the efficient and effective delivery of change across our whole business. Programme delivery covers large, strategically significant change and involves interaction across a wide group of Stakeholders. We use agile methods to achieve the best possible outcomes.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
