Our AXA Commercial Portfolio Team are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to support a key strategic delivery. We're investing in technology to transform our business and improve the way we manage Commercial Insurance business processes. We're seeking a talented individual to join our Salesforce Product team to drive technology upgrades and business improvements.

Our Commercial Strategy, Portfolio and Transformation team is accountable for the efficient and effective delivery of change across our whole business. Programme delivery covers large, strategically significant change and involves interaction across a wide group of Stakeholders. We use agile methods to achieve the best possible outcomes.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Plan and manage activities related to expanding our Salesforce capabilities, including overseeing technology upgrades.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end change initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners and Agile Squads.
  • Work with stakeholders to oversee workstreams and teams, ensuring transparency through regular progress and status reports to Programme Boards.
  • Monitor progress towards delivery objectives, identifying and resolving challenges and risks to keep projects on track.
  • Liaise with other programmes, projects, and technical teams to manage dependencies and implement necessary delivery changes.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational governance frameworks and controls.
  • Identify potential risks, escalating issues when required, and proposing practical solutions to mitigate them.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing within teams.

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven track record in delivering Salesforce projects, with strong expertise in managing technology changes and system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex business change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Hold relevant Programme or Project Management qualifications such as Agile Project Management, APM, or MSP, showcasing your formal management expertise.
  • Proficient in utilising Project and Programme Management tools to plan, track, and report on project progress effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with extensive experience in managing relationships with third‑party vendors and partners to drive project success.
