Business Consultant – Control Room Products and Services (UK Public Sector – Policing & Fire)
We are currently seeking a Business Consultant to join our established Public Safety Application Consultancy Team, with a dedicated focus on Control Room products and services for the UK Public sector, specifically policing and fire & rescue services.
The Public Safety Application Consultancy team consists of experienced professionals with specialist knowledge across mission-critical systems and services, including command and control systems, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Integrated communications, data migration and system integration.
This role will suit an individual with hands-on experience in control room operations, who understands the pressures, standards, and compliance obligations within emergency service environments. The successful candidate will bring subject matter expertise and industry insight to enhance the team’s capabilities, while actively contributing to the continued development of our consultancy offerings.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Consultancy Team Leader and collaborate with colleagues across product management, project delivery, testing and support.
