Overview

Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Business Change Analyst for our client, a local government organisation in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and enabling business change. This role is a 3 month initial contract with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the conduit between the One Programme and the business, they will understand the functional business needs and how these relate to the business’s overall objectives.
  • Create the business process maps, taking into consideration OneSAP deployment, and any business activities required to integrate new digital processes into the business-as-usual environment.
  • You will outline the key business engagement messages that need to be communicated because of the “To Be” end state.
  • Monitor and report progress on business readiness for To Be targets and identify where business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities may be required.
Personal Requirements
  • Experience of process mapping on change projects. Experience of ERP.
  • Implementation process mapping in Human Resources function is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in project methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall).
  • Preparing and presenting clear, concise reports.
  • Risk management and familiarity with programme management artefacts.
Working Hours

40hrs / 9:00 am - 17:00 pm / Monday to Friday

Pay

£400.00 per day

Note: this role is within the scope of IR35.
