Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of business analysts working on the Sustainability change programme, overseeing the analysis and documentation of business requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that are focused on sustainability topics.

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and set development goals for team members.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues promptly to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
