This hybrid role is primarily based in Dublin and requires UK candidates to be onsite a few days each month. Strong understanding of lending workflows and Agile delivery is essential to succeed in this position. Long-term contract potential is promising.

nCino - Business Analyst - Dublin

Contract : Inside IR35

Hybrid : Role based in Dublin. UK based candidates considered but need to be onsite 3-4 days per month

We’re hiring a Business Analyst with real, hands-on nCino delivery experience to support a major lending transformation in Ireland. This role suits someone who knows the nCino platform inside out — how the workflows behave, where the configuration pain points are, and how to translate lending requirements into practical nCino solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Run nCino-focused requirement sessions with business users, mapping current processes to nCino capabilities.
• Document user stories, BRDs, and process flows specifically aligned to the nCino data model and modules.
• Identify gaps between client needs and out-of-the-box nCino functionality; propose workable configuration or process adjustments.
• Work directly with architects and configurators to shape end-to-end nCino solution design.
• Support QA and UAT by reviewing test cases tied to nCino features and validating behaviour across LOS / LMS components.
• Create nCino-centric guides, workflows, and client documentation.

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering nCino implementations in banking.
• Strong grasp of lending workflows (origination, credit, servicing) as applied within nCino.
• Ability to interpret lending requirements and translate them into nCino configuration, user stories, and workflows.
• Confident facilitator who can steer stakeholders toward decisions grounded in nCino best practice.
• Comfortable working across Agile delivery with mixed business and technical teams.

This is a day rate role with great promise of long-term contract.
