Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare mitigation or support plans and internal communications to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot testing.
  • Help prepare test scripts, log defects, validate fixes, and consolidate tester feedback for analysis.
  • Assist in creating training materials such as quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and onboarding decks tailored to local markets.
  • Help organize and co-facilitate virtual training sessions or webinars for frontline staff and stakeholders.
  • Maintain structured documentation of deployment activities, including lessons learned, FAQs, and process flows.
  • Contribute to the Business Readiness Toolkit by updating templates, checklists, and best practice guides.
  • Monitor issue logs during pilot and launch phases, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Track risk mitigation actions and support the preparation of status reports for leadership.
  • Assist in preparing readiness dashboards or summary reports using tools like Excel or Power BI.
  • Analyze feedback from pilots or training sessions to identify common pain points or improvement areas.
  • Support change and engagement activities for the Digital Customer Solutions and Platforms organization.
  • Contribute to communications for digital programs such as Connected Customer (GCC, Axios) and Galaxy.
What You'll Learn
  • How digital loyalty and payment systems work in retail environments.
  • Best practices in change management, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
  • Tools and processes used in customer experience and digital marketing.
  • How to work in a global, virtual, and cross-functional team environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Confidence to engage with diverse business stakeholders and communicate clearly.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and helping bring structure to evolving situations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management or business analysis (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Internship or academic project experience in digital, marketing, or customer-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or project tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Power BI).
