A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6-month contract. The role involves end-to-end business analysis, facilitating workshops, and managing requirements across systems and processes. Applicants should have a BCS certification and strong experience in Agile methodologies. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to an Assignment Manager, you'll undertake end to end business analysis ensuring co-ordination of impact assessments, requirements definition and functional design across systems, processes, people, data and journeys to ensure an end-to-end solution design is in place.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attendance at one of our office locations.
