Job description

Business Analyst - 12 month fixed term contract

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Strategic Change team here at Flutter UKI. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will play a key role supporting strategic change that span both our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) functions.

You’ll shape, enable and deliver initiatives that drive operational excellence, commercial growth and customer impact focusing on surfacing, analysing, and improving business processes to enable effective change delivery and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll act as a strategic bridge between business needs and delivery execution — connecting people, process and tools to ensure that change initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and a passion for driving clarity and alignment across complex programmes of change.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with stakeholders across COO and CCO to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Lead structured discovery sessions to map as-is and to-be processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform data and process analysis to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable documentation including process maps, requirements, and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business needs, delivery outcomes, and performance measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
How you’ll do it
  • Proven experience as a Business or Enterprise Analyst working on large, cross-functional programmes across operations, commercial, or customer domains.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills — able to simplify complexity and connect strategic objectives to practical outcomes.
  • Experience in business process analysis, requirements management, and data-led decision-making, ideally within transformation or change environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Comfortable working with different delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), adapting approaches to suit context and pace.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Naturally collaborative and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how operational change drives customer and business value.
What’s on offer
  • £ / €1,000 learning fund
  • End of contract bonus
  • Unlimited Holiday
  • Pension contribution scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Hybrid Working
  • Access to thousands of Udemy courses
  • Invest via the Company Sharesave Scheme
