We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a global organisation in the travel and services sector, to recruit an IT Business Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic IT function and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful projects.
The successful candidate will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, solutions are fit-for-purpose, and business value is achieved. You will work across the full project lifecycle — from initiation through to delivery — and, depending on project size, may also take on project management responsibilities.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with business leads and IT teams to capture, analyse, and communicate requirements. Build and influence strong relationships across the organisation.
Requirements & Process Analysis – Document business and system requirements, model processes, and ensure clarity in design specifications.
Project Support – Facilitate workshops, support planning, and help manage business change initiatives.
Quality Assurance – Contribute to testing (integration, sprint planning, UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance processes, services, and systems, and implement practical solutions.
Documentation & Reporting – Prepare clear documentation, training materials, and reports for stakeholders and management.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in business analysis or a related field. Experience within the travel or tour operator industry is advantageous.
Skills: Strong analytical ability, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Frameworks: Knowledge of Scrum or Prince2 methodologies is beneficial.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
